Abstract
⺠Market orientation is a coalition of interacting activities taking place through time and thus is a process. ⺠The study of market orientation processes and their mechanisms present substantial problems for researchers. ⺠Simulation methods offer a solution as mechanisms and their interactions can thereby be systematically explored.
