The importance of airport websites and online services is increasing. This paper seeks to investigate the usage intention of Incheon International Airport's ‘CyberAirport’ website by examining the relationships between system quality, information quality, service quality, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and usage intention. For this research, 331 CyberAirport users were surveyed and analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results showed that the quality of service was found to have a significant impact on both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, and both of these factors were found to have a positive impact on usage intention.
