Abstract
⺠The paper analyzes US Federal Aviation Administration safety policy for allocation of AIP funds to general aviation airports. ⺠It determines policy success by extracting FAA secondary data. ⺠Over the study period AIP money allocation to general aviation airports increased. ⺠A corresponding increase to obstructions removal projects did not occur.
