Abstract
Belgium's wireless market, which is experiencing a widespread demand for hotspots, is examined. Despite a high rate of coverage, Internet users are less numerous in Belgium than in neighboring countries, so it is natural that the adoption of wireless services is also slower. Belgium's wireless market is dominated by telecom operators. Given that the present and continuing goal of all market players is to acquire the best locations, it is simply too early to identify the most effective business models.
