Abstract
⺠A performance evaluation system is essential for controlling and monitoring the process. ⺠We develop the performance evaluation system for operating room based on balanced scorecard. ⺠We propose fuzzy linguistic to evaluate the performance evaluation system for OR. ⺠Fuzzy linguistic can convert the subjective cognition into an information entity.
