Abstract
⺠We address the problem of scheduling residents in an anesthesia and reanimation clinic. ⺠Our model focuses mainly on the preferences of the residents. ⺠Problems of realistic sizes can be solved in a few seconds. ⺠The model can easily by adapted for scheduling residents of other departments.
