Abstract
⺠We show an expected utility approach to decision-making for group decisions. ⺠We test the model on a hypothetical context for the disposal of animal carcasses. ⺠We model expert judgements and supporting evidence within regulatory decisions. ⺠This approach reflects risk, uncertainty, and conflicts for multiple stakeholders. ⺠The model uses simplifying assumptions and static group decision making processes.
