Abstract
⺠This study describes a causal knowledge-based expert system. ⺠This study describes FCM for planning an Internet-based stock trading system. ⺠The case base consists of the qualities of ISTS use, ISTS use, and user satisfaction. ⺠This study uses structural equation modeling to estimate the relevant relationships. ⺠This study develops rules for the identification of the qualities for performance.
