Abstract
⺠Open Innovation is a new paradigm in which new actors are involved in this process. ⺠Enterprise 2.0 is adopted for supporting collaborative processes such as innovation. ⺠Enterprise 2.0 presents limits which can be overcome with semantic technologies. ⺠Semantic Web provides mechanism for fostering collaboration and capturing knowledge. ⺠Three case studies in which Open Innovation is supported by E2.0 and Semantic Web.
