Abstract
⺠We design Personalized Learning Course Planner (PLCP) applied to E-learning systems. ⺠PLCP analyzes student's implicit requirements. ⺠Learning courses are organized according to characteristics and educational levels of students. ⺠English learning system consisting of PLCP is implemented. ⺠Learning effectiveness and student satisfaction is improved in experiment results.
