Abstract
⺠Abundant data have become readily available owing to information technologies. ⺠A large amount of missing values may occur in the data set of real processes. ⺠m-PRIM handles the missing-values problem in process optimization systematically. ⺠The m-PRIM methodology is validated through a semiconductor manufacturing process.
