Abstract
⺠A novel rough set based approach for autonomous decision support to CRM is proposed. ⺠The transformation procedure allows the user to input continuous data with tolerance. ⺠The proposed AREA method is able to derive decision rules effectively and efficiently. ⺠The proposed model is proven with validity and reliability by an empirical data of CRM. ⺠This study forms the basis for solving many similar problems in the service industry. âº
