Abstract
⺠This paper describes a mobile TV system that broadcasts user-generated contents. ⺠Users gather in social networks where they create, annotate, rate and share audiovisual contents. ⺠The system provides interactivity via a 3G return channel and personalization functionalities. ⺠Mobile TV and Web 2.0 lead to a more personal and private TV experience than traditional broadcast.
