Abstract
► This paper used Fuzzy AHP to find “initial expectation” of enterprises adopting B2BIS. ► The “initial expectation” corresponds to the improvement in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. ► The performance measures corresponded to the expected performance in each of the cases. ► We made highlighted the E-MP policy implications and suggestions of the findings from this study.
