Abstract
⺠This paper used Fuzzy AHP to find “initial expectation” of enterprises adopting B2BIS. ⺠The “initial expectation” corresponds to the improvement in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. ⺠The performance measures corresponded to the expected performance in each of the cases. ⺠We made highlighted the E-MP policy implications and suggestions of the findings from this study.
