Abstract
⺠This work studied the reciprocity and the consistency properties of the IOWA operator. ⺠The C-IOWA operator aggregates individual preference relations by Consistency. ⺠Its main novelty is that more importance is placed on the most consistent one. ⺠The C-IOWA operator guarantees that the group consistency degree can be improved.
