Abstract
⺠Centralized data centers alone are often inadequate for new emerging Internet applications. ⺠Dynamic combination of data centers and other multi-scale resources on the Internet. ⺠Model to address two challenges: multi-scale resource aggregation and elastic binding. ⺠iVCE software platform has been designed and implemented to embody the model. ⺠iVCE is a novel promising way for economical and elastic Cloud Computing.
