Abstract
⺠We propose an entropy-based uncertainty measure for business process models. ⺠The process uncertainty is defined in terms of the transition and execution of tasks. ⺠The proposed measure enables capturing the dynamic behavior of processes. ⺠We provide the explicit forms of measure for primitive control-flow patterns. ⺠It is illustrated by a process model fractionated into separate blocks of primitive patterns.
