Abstract
⺠Computational framework for large-scale, spatially explicit, agroecosystem modeling. ⺠Apply GIS to manage simulation unit generation and multi-resolution data visualization and analysis. ⺠Apply HPC to compute millions of point simulations fully utilizing commodity clusters. ⺠Adopt archivable data structure to create gridded data products over large landscapes.
