Abstract
⺠Mobile users demand a practical reputation system for pervasive social chatting. ⺠We applied a method for usable trust management to develop such a system. ⺠We explored trust influencing factors through a user survey for system design. ⺠Simulations verified the effectiveness and robustness of the system. ⺠Experiments based on real system usage showed its usability and easy acceptance.
