Abstract
⺠Contour-based interactive segmentation of 3D medical images. ⺠Contours can be arbitrarily oriented in 3D space. ⺠Segmentation based on smooth surface reconstruction using variational interpolation. ⺠Fast computation with almost no loss in quality. ⺠Increased robustness for reduced, self-intersecting and contradictory contours.
