Abstract
⺠We present system for analysis of dynamic brain perfusion computer tomography maps. ⺠We propose GPU-based AR solution for visualization of perfusion abnormalities. ⺠We examine speed of different volume rendering algorithms. ⺠Volume ray casting with empty space skipping is optimal for our solution.
