Abstract
⺠Migrating applications between clouds is costly as it often requires redevelopment. ⺠We propose a tool for developing applications independently of their targeted cloud. ⺠The framework allows to segment and deploy applications across more than one cloud. ⺠Development tools should be provided to increase the accessibility of the cloud.
