Abstract
► We present two facility probabilistic protection models for one and multiple interdictor scenarios. ► Successful defense probability directly impacts optimal fortification strategies. ► Allocate resources by the degree of importance of sites can improve defense effect much. ► Optimal fortification against one interdictor is also optimal against multiple interdictors sometimes. ► We propose a greedy algorithm to fast produce near-optimal solutions for our models.
