Abstract
⺠Adaptive linear discriminant analysis (LDA) is used for continuous update of its parameters. ⺠2D anisotropic Gaussian filter is proposed to further refine the selection of active segments. ⺠The wavelet fractal features are extracted from wavelet data by modified fractal dimension. ⺠We compare with original active segment selection and non-adaptive LDA.
