Abstract
⺠The Signorini problem is solved by a BE-linear complementarity method. ⺠The discrete integral equation is written into a linear complementarity problem. ⺠The unique variable affected by Signorini constraints is the boundary potential. ⺠A projected successive over-relaxation iterative method is employed. ⺠The method is applied to problems of shallow dam and electropainting effectively.
