Abstract
A mixed boundary value problem for the unsteady Stokes system is studied from the point of view of the theory of hydrodynamic potentials. Existence and uniqueness results as well as boundary integral representations of the classical solution are given for bounded domains having compact but not connected boundaries of class C1,α (0<αâ¤1).
