Abstract
⺠We suggest the usage of PharmGKB data for a shared task similar to BioCreative. The same evaluation tools and criteria could be used. ⺠Three relation mining methods are presented and evaluated. ⺠Relative merits of the ranking metrics (TAP-k and AUC iP/R) are discussed. ⺠An interactive system for the assisted curation of interactions automatically derived from the pharmacogenomics literature is introduced.
