Abstract
⺠The 100 abstracts contain relations between drug, disorder, and targets annotated by three annotators. ⺠Computer entity and relationship annotations can be corrected with a web-based tool in an easy way. ⺠Entity (73.2-79.2%) and relation (68.5-86.7%) annotations agree with the consensus. ⺠Given annotator agreement helps to understand annotation variability and text-mining systems.
