Abstract
⺠A novel concept - SuperAlarm proposed as a technique to alleviate alarm fatigue. ⺠SuperAlarm is a set of predictive combinations of monitor alarms. ⺠An alarm-mining algorithm proposed to find SuperAlarm set predictive of code blue. ⺠Repetition rate of alarms in a given time period is considered in the algorithm. ⺠Cross-validation and test is done on alarm data from 223 code blue and 1768 control patients.
