Abstract
⺠We integrate heterogeneous gene expression datasets published as Linked Data. ⺠Patterns were identified to match and transform the topology of the data. ⺠User defined queries are federated over multiple SPARQL endpoints. ⺠A web application to support integrated queries with new “omics” datasets is provided. ⺠Reuse of EFO and OBI is encouraged by directly supporting federated queries.
