Abstract
⺠VA has a successful IT program and a culture favorable to standards adoption. ⺠An internal team, a life cycle, and enterprise tools facilitate standards adoption. ⺠Alignment with business objectives is key. standards implementation is critical. ⺠A Likelihood of Adoption Scale is offered to assess ease of implementation. ⺠An agile process with incremental gains helps with standards adoption.
