Abstract
⺠Visual inspection found significant expansion in mid-anterior of left ventricle. ⺠High resolution human LV atlas labeled with terms from large reference ontology. ⺠Atlas mapped to previous study's coordinates. Semantic tools used to query. ⺠Automated methods found same region in apical anterior. Other metrics agree. ⺠A formal, precise, automated, and reproducible way to make location-based inferences.
