MysiRNA: Improving siRNA efficacy prediction using a machine-learning model combining multi-tools and whole stacking energy (ΔG)

► We study state of the art tools for siRNA functionality/efficacy prediction. ► We aim to finding globalized algorithm with enhanced prediction accuracy. ► We design a multi-layer artificial neural network model, combining two algorithms. ► Inclusion of whole stacking energy enhances the prediction accuracy. ► Comparative analysis involving 11 other tools shows MysiRNA higher efficiency.
