Abstract
⺠There are a variety of validated paper-based health literacy screening instruments. ⺠There is a lack of information regarding the psychometric properties of computer-based health literacy instruments. ⺠Screening questions may be a valid and feasible approach to health literacy screening for use in computer-based tools. ⺠Further research should determine the best combination of screening question(s) for computer-based tools.
