Abstract
⺠A generalized scheme for Batch Mode Active Learning in face-based biometrics is presented. ⺠The framework can incorporate additional information available in biometric contexts. ⺠Additional variants of the algorithm are described. ⺠Results show the merit of the framework in selecting instances for manual annotation.
