Abstract
⺠Cross-channel synergies and dissynergies simultaneously affect consumer's channel evaluation. ⺠Offline channel service quality positively affect perceived online channel service quality. ⺠Confirmation of offline channel performance negatively affect perceived relative benefits of online channel. ⺠The results yield interesting implications for managing of online channel extension.
