Abstract
⺠A new kind of fluoropolymer anion exchange membrane was prepared. ⺠The membrane exhibited high ionic conductivity, good chemical, and thermal stability. ⺠The membrane was still intact after being hot-pressed at 2 MPa for 5 min at 50 °C. ⺠A maximum power density of 53.2 mW cmâ2 of alkaline direct methanol fuel cell with the fluoropolymer membrane was achieved.
