Abstract
⺠An algorithm for a drop to approach trapped state in a 3D constriction is developed. ⺠The algorithm is far more efficient than the scheme with true temporal dynamics. ⺠The wetted areas with solid boundary are not prescribed but found from the solution. ⺠Critical Bond numbers for squeezing are studied for different 3D constriction types.
