Abstract
⺠The colloidal CIGS nanoparticles are synthesized for photovoltaic applications. ⺠A non-vacuum solvo-thermal method is used for synthesis. ⺠Due to toxicity of selenium, the process is done without selenization. ⺠The band gap of the structures can be useful for absorber layers in solar cell.
