Abstract
⺠QCM-D was used to study the adsorption of DNA on surfaces. ⺠Using binary SAM, surfaces posses various zeta-potentials. ⺠DNA can be adsorbed via electrostatic interaction. ⺠Negatively charged surfaces can still adsorb negatively charged DNA. ⺠Debye interaction may explain the adsorption of DNA to negatively charged surfaces.
