Abstract
⺠We synthesized two kinds of core-shell particles with different dielectric core. ⺠The TiO2TOC ER fluid showed notable electrorheological activity. ⺠TiO2 core strengthened interaction between the neighboring particles. ⺠The high dielectric constant core can induce stronger particle polarization.
