Abstract
⺠Values of CAC & CMC of SDS change with BSA-SDS interaction. ⺠SDS-BSA interaction modified the reaction rate. ⺠pH effect on reaction rate is different in absence and presence of BSA. ⺠Unfolding of BSA in presence of SDS happens. ⺠Urea destabilizes the binding ability of BSA with SDS.
