Abstract
⺠CFD determines that flow in SPR and QCM flow cells is in the stokes flow regime. ⺠This allows for the development of a scaling expression. ⺠Through scaling expression, the two devices can be synchronized for combined use. ⺠Test 1: biomolecular interaction system of surface immobilized biotin and streptavidin. ⺠Test 2: biotinylated liposomes interacting with a streptavidin functionalized surface.
