Abstract
⺠We investigated polyglycerol ester at interfaces by scanning force microscopy. ⺠Different film preparation and transfer techniques were applied. ⺠A new approach for the transfer of bubble skins was introduced. ⺠Interfaces are covered non-homogenously, by lamellar structures.
