Abstract
⺠Hybrid polymer/nanoparticle solar cell efficiency limited by morphology and ligands. ⺠These solar cells are colloidal in nature. ⺠Uncontrolled aggregation major cause of low efficiencies. ⺠Triggered aggregation and self-assembly may provide improvement. ⺠Materials for widespread deployment of future solar cells discussed.
