Abstract
⺠Reversible adsorption of non-ionic surfactants at the sapphire/solution surface is correlated with the cloud point. ⺠Adsorption of C12EO5 to sapphire is enhanced at low pH. ⺠Neutron reflection shows that adsorbed layers are highly hydrated.
