Abstract
⺠Mixing of surfactants improves template combustion and removal. ⺠Stable composites with highly dispersed Fe2O3 nanoparticles were formed. ⺠Specific surface area for the composite obtained with mixed surfactants > single surfactant. ⺠Mixing of the two surfactants tunes and improves porosity of the Fe2O3/MCM-41 composites.
