Abstract
⺠Packing configurations of non-polar and polar fluids in pores of different shapes. ⺠Linear, zigzag and helical packing configurations are observed for argon. ⺠Zigzag configuration is preferred by methanol to maximize the hydrogen bonding. ⺠Adsorbed fluid is denser in cylinder than in comparable slit. ⺠Packing manners have effects on the behaviour of the isosteric heat versus loading.
