Abstract
⺠Influence of ions La3+ on the colloidal stability of DPPC and F-DPPC liposomes. ⺠Dynamic light scattering and electrophoretic mobility was used to study the stability. ⺠The behavior of DPPC and F-DPPC liposomes was studied varying the temperature. ⺠At 25 °C, the DPPC liposomes are more resistant to aggregation than F-DPPC liposomes. ⺠This difference disappears at 60 °C, when both bilayers have the same conformation.
