Abstract
⺠We fabricate nanopatterned optical film that has multi-function. ⺠Capillary force lithography with surface treatment is used for clean patterning. ⺠Fabricated film acts roles of retardation, LC alignment, and anchoring enhanced film. ⺠By choosing fluorine treated surface, certain LC alignment is able to be expressed.
